119 living studio is so much more than Kim Nadel’s newly constructed Southern California home and design studio. A successful example of the integration of environmental stewardship and modern design, 119 is Kim’s personal lab for green design. It’s a tangible way for clients and colleagues to get a real-world sense of how we design and how to make meaningful and successful choices for eco-luxurious living.

Design highlights include: 100% solar energy power, architecture that merges indoor and outdoor space, chalkboard walls inspiring visitors to leave their mark, remixed furniture (Kim’s designs mixed with iconic pieces), and an outdoor sanctuary with saline pool swim spa / hot tub, and an ocean view rooftop deck.
