For the fourth year, the La Costa Film Festival brought Hollywood back to North San Diego at the beautiful Omni La Costa Resort & Spa. Kim Nadel had the luxurious job of designing the VIP Filmmaker and Media Lounge at the Festival. She transformed a ballroom to a resort chic lounge.

Her decor included life-size black and white murals of vintage archival photographs taken at the resort back in the heyday to bring all focus to the Stars and the regular cool crew: Bob Hope, Jack Nicklaus, Frank Sinatra, and Cary Grant. She also included sparkle and glamour with pillows by celeb-favored local designer, Aviva Stanoff Design, and lots of crystals and precious gemstone tables.
