Kim’s firm, while in NYC, provided the sustainable interior design component for the first green LEED certified condominium high-rise new construction apartment building in Battery Park, New York City. Located on the waterfront, this property features 298 guest rooms, 39 suites, and 150 luxury residences featuring signature Ritz-Carlton services. The arrival of Ritz-Carlton five-star urban living was the catalyst for the spirit and vibrancy that now define this lower Manhattan neighborhood – one where riverside strolls and café life have replaced neglect and blight.

Kim’s team developed the interior finishes and materials for all of the common spaces, three tiers of apartment living concepts, and she also custom designed and curated all the sustainable green furniture and accessories for the penthouse model apartment, mock ups, and the building’s sales office.
