This new construction Brooklyn NYC condo interior design included the lobbies, corridors, and apartment design including kitchens and bathrooms and all finish selections. Kim integrated recessed lighting and wayfinding to create a unique space for young families and millennials. The lobby had a long dark corridor reaching to the back of the building where the elevators and apartments were housed, so Kim created a common wall with recessed glow lighting and layered wood paneling to add interest with a sense of light, movement and openness. Kim provided sustainable materials and finishes for three tiers of indoor outdoor apartment living.
