A realtor, after visiting 119 living studio, asked for the same design for her newly purchased 1,400 sq ft condo located in North County San Diego within walking distance to La Costa Resort and Spa. Kim’s team did the same look on a budget and a short timeline.

The mid-century villa was renovated as a full-gut remodel to reflect the owner’s minimalist contemporary aesthetic. Design highlights included: an entirely new expanded kitchen with an island addition, two full baths, master bedroom suite, master walk in closet with sliding barn doors for full access and daylighting, and a flex office/guest room with wallbed and desk system on casters.
